For help with a purchase, use the seller contact email shown at the bottom of your Payhip receipt. Include the email address used at checkout and a short description of the problem.

Did not receive your files?

Check your spam, promotions, and junk folders for the Payhip receipt. Confirm that you entered the correct email address at checkout. The receipt normally includes your order details and download access.

Download or access problem

Try the download again in a different browser or device. If the issue continues, contact the seller using the email in your receipt and include your order details.

Duplicate charge or payment question

Contact the seller promptly and include both transaction references if you were charged more than once. Payment-provider processing times and methods may vary.
