Refund requests

Refund requests are reviewed individually and handled according to applicable law and the circumstances of the purchase. Because access to digital files can be provided immediately, download and access status may be considered when reviewing a request.

Incorrect or duplicate charge

Contact the seller as soon as possible using the email shown in your Payhip receipt. Include the checkout email and transaction details so the issue can be reviewed.

Files not received or not working

Before requesting a refund, check spam and promotions folders, retry the download, and try another browser or device. If the files remain unavailable or corrupted, contact the seller for assistance.
